If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Our mission is to provide a supportive, educational, and professional environment for entrepreneurs to receive AI and human feedback, network with peers, and grow their skills through honest, constructive collaboration.

License to Feedback Academy

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and (if anonymized) reuse your content for training, educational, or promotional purposes.

Content Restrictions

You may not upload or share content that: - Contains explicit, obscene, or exploitative material.
- Promotes violence or illegal activity.
- Violates another person’s intellectual property rights.
- Contains false or misleading claims.

Feedback Academy may remove or restrict access to any content that violates these standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, materials, design, and branding are owned by Feedback Academy or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without written permission.

7. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

Some Services require payment or subscription. By submitting payment information, you authorize Feedback Academy to charge your account for all applicable fees.

Billing: Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually.

Cancellations: You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.

Refunds: Unless otherwise specified, payments are non-refundable.

8. Confidentiality

Group coaching and feedback sessions often include private information. Users agree not to disclose, copy, or share feedback from others outside the group. You may share your own feedback or video publicly if you choose.

9. Disclaimers

Feedback Academy provides educational and networking services only. We do not guarantee results, income, or specific outcomes.
All content is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

AI-generated feedback should not be considered professional, legal, or financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feedback Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data, business interruption, or profits.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Feedback Academy in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Feedback Academy, its employees, and partners from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Services, your content, or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you: - Engage in harassment, bullying, or unlawful behavior.
- Fail to pay required fees.
- Violate these Terms or community standards.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, unless prohibited by local law.

By using our Services, you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

14. DMCA Compliance

Feedback Academy complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted without authorization, send a notice to wsammons@feedbackacademy-ai.com including: - Your name and contact information.
- Description of the copyrighted work.
- The URL of the infringing content.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act.
- Your signature (electronic or physical).

We will promptly review and remove infringing material.

15. Export Compliance

You agree not to use or distribute the Services in violation of U.S. export laws or in restricted territories.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
